Shipping Policy
Shipping applies to United States addresses only. What follows explains the rate you will be charged, when your order is dispatched and what we do about parcels that go astray.
The short version
Flat $5.50 shipping, free over $35, United States only, dispatched within one business day.

One flat charge of $5.50 covers standard shipping on any order. Free shipping is applied at checkout once the order value passes $35.
Dispatch and delivery times
Expect dispatch within one working day and delivery 3 to 7 business days after that. Both estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses inside the United States. International delivery is not available.
Damaged parcels
Contact help@goldengreetings.shop within 48 hours of a damaged delivery and include photographs of the outer box. We will send a replacement or issue a refund and pay any return shipping.
Delayed or missing parcels
When tracking has not changed for five business days, we treat the parcel as missing and open a claim. Just tell us.
