The payment options at our checkout are listed here in full, together with an explanation of how the transaction is secured.

Methods we accept

Credit and debit cards

Visa, Mastercard and American Express are supported, with the charge taken by our gateway.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

Available on supported devices and browsers as an express checkout option.

Klarna

Offered at checkout where eligible. Terms are set by Klarna, not by us.

Afterpay

Available at checkout where eligible. The agreement is between you and Afterpay.

Currency

Amounts are quoted and taken in US dollars. We charge no handling fee, so the checkout figure is final.

How your card details are handled

Payment details are submitted directly to the processor through an encrypted form. We do not see or retain full card numbers.

When you are charged

We take payment on ordering rather than on shipping. If the order proves impossible to fulfil, we cancel and refund the whole amount. See the Cancellation Policy.

Declined payments

Nothing is ordered or charged when a payment is declined, though a brief authorisation may be visible. Your issuer is the first port of call; after that, +1 212-647-9897.
